How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I book an event if I don't have a credit card?
  You can contact us for a booking form, fill it out and email back to: amfunsci@gmail.com. Upon confirmation of requested dates and programs, an invoice will be emailed to you. You should then have a check payable to America's Fun Science ready the day of the event. (Please add amfunsci@gmail.com to your address book to avoid any server rejection.)
What is your refund policy?
  If you cancel at least 48 hours prior to an event, you will receive a full refund. We prefer that you simply reschedule. If that is not possible, and you cancel at least 48 hours prior to an event, you will receive a full refund. If notice of cancellation is received less than 48 hours prior to the event, and the event is not rescheduled, a $50 fee will be deducted from your refund.
